Access
We are committed to providing a high level of customer care to ensure that each individual has an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We will continue to review our policies, procedures and facilities to make our services accessible. Unfortunately the terraced nature of our site and historic character of the building means that we have so far been unable to provide ramped access and we do not have a lift.
Guests should be aware that all of our bedrooms are accessed via the staircases, the path from the front gate includes several groups of steps and there is a flight of steps from the car park. If you have any special needs regarding access please discuss these with us before booking. |
